Recently, I was doing some research on the possibility of healing my teeth naturally.

That might sound crazy to you, but a lot of people online claim that they improved their oral health and even cured tooth decay by diet and supplements.

After hearing these claims, I set out to answer a couple of questions: was there a treatment at home that I could implement into my life that would cure tooth decay? What about vitamins that I could begin to take that would help me obtain stronger teeth?

As I read, studied and clicked the information below are the results that I found.

My research suggested that people used a variety of products to accomplish a natural approach to healing teeth and gums.

    • Use Cod Liver Oil
    • Vitamin K2
    • Oil Pulling
    • Clove Oil
    • Aloe Vera
    • Vitamin D
    • Probiotics
    • Reduce Sugar
    • Limit Phytates in your diet
    • Drink Bone Broth
    • Drink Green Tea

There are some that suggest that the best way to naturally heal teeth is by changing the toothpaste that we use every day to an organic toothpaste or at least a natural one.

Many suggested using toothpaste that uses a mineral-rich clay, unprocessed salt, tea tree essential oil and Xylitol (which is a natural sweetener) would benefit your oral health significally. These people claim that our common kinds of toothpaste that are filled with chemicals and fluoride.

All of these remedies sound nice and all, but I was still left wondering if it were possible or beneficial to care for my teeth and gums naturally.

I wanted to know what I could do on a daily basis to keep my teeth looking good.

By the way, I hate going to the dentist. I am not a big fan of sitting in that dentist chair and having them drill away at my teeth. I wouldn’t say that I am scared to go to the dentist, but I’m not a huge fan. When I was a child, I remember my cousin punching her dentist in the face – not a good first impression. The reason why I wanted to learn these natural approaches was so that I could stay as far away from the dentist as possible. Also, I find that the modern way of caring for our teeth doesn’t work overly well.

I guess the biggest reason why I wanted to naturally care for my teeth was because it costs less than going to a dentists.

Our family spends hundreds of dollars a year on dental fees. Saving money by naturally bring for our teeth, and not going to the dentist was a win, win for all of us. You see, I am not the only one that doesn’t like going to the dentist – my whole family hates it.

I wanted to find some simple hacks that we could add to our daily routine that would give us stronger, whiter and heartier gums and teeth without breaking the bank.

All of the information that I found online was similar.

Each site or blog would give examples of someone who supposedly healed a decayed tooth and then the site would provide a list of vitamins and minerals that they took to accomplish this task.

I found that oil pulling was the most common natural remedy given on all of the websites I researched.

The results varied though. Some said that they actually saw decayed teeth heal, other said they saw improvements to their overall oral health but still have to make random trips to the dentists.

So, at the end of my research, I found a lot of claims but wasn’t convinced that it was possible to heal your teeth naturally.

At the end of my searching, I found a website that intrigued me. The site was the research of one woman that had a phobia of dentists, kinds like me, and had a toothache that was driving her crazy.

    Dr. Alice Barnes

She searched the internet in hopes of finding a natural remedy to solve the throbbing pain in her mouth. After hours of searching, she found the answer.

She then decided to keep looking into ways of maintaining her teeth naturally so that she would never have to go to another dentist again.

The best way of solving a toothache is preventing it from occurring. So she decided that she would research how to produce healthier teeth and a whiter smiler in a natural way.

Over the last 15 years, she learned a ton about teeth care, the mouth and gums and the proper way to manage it all. She compiled her 15 years of research and testing into a compelling eBook, that I had to check out for my self.

Dr. Alice Barnes is the creator of “Dentist Be Damned.” Dr. Barnes is not a dentist nor a dental hygienist, but her research and her healthy teeth demand our attention. What she accomplished in oral care naturally will get you excited and her hacks and tricks are worth the price of the book.

Her research didn’t just come from her laptop like mine. She has travelled to the South Pacific for tips and proper hygiene habits. Those in the South Pacific have fantastic healthy teeth and don’t have a lot of dental care. So what do they do?

Can You Cure Your Teeth Naturally?

Dr. Barnes states that if you follow her methods and tips, you will also have healthy teeth and avoid having to go to the dentist.

The eBook contains secrets to proper dental hygiene:

    • Learn the ingredient that all dental products include that is the culprit for causing cavities.
    • Learn the probiotics that may be good for the gut, but not very good for your teeth.

I was impressed with this eBook and found it a very valuable resource. I enjoyed reading it, and discovered a ton of tips that I had never heard before.

If you have been searching the internet looking for ways to improve your oral health, then this is a great resource for you.

Is it worth the price? The price for this ebook is $47.

Well, it’s up to you. Do you want to search the internet high and low for natural tips and tricks for caring your teeth. Do you want to travel the world and discover why other countries have better teeth than us? I don’t think so.
